CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist at Selected Group, you will play a key role in sales enablement, supporting our Sales and Marketing teams through data-driven insights and efficient CRM processes.
You will be part of a small, high-impact Marketing team, where you will take full ownership of CRM and HubSpot across the organisation.
As the dedicated CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting direction, driving improvements, and ensuring that HubSpot is used effectively. You will act as a key link between Marketing and Sales, ensuring strong alignment and enabling the sales organisation to convert pipeline into revenue.
Tasks
Own and drive the development and implementation of CRM and Marketing Automation initiatives with a focus on pipeline growth and sales performance
Be responsible for the optimisation and expansion of the HubSpot database, ensuring high data quality, tracking, and compliance
Design, set up, and optimise automations, segments, scoring models, and customer journeys
Configure and continuously improve the CRM environment, including data structure, forms, landing pages, and reporting
Act as the go-to person for HubSpot, including onboarding colleagues in Sales and Marketing
You will report to the Head of Marketing, Tinuke Maria Iyore.
Qualifications
You have at least a few years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
You have a structured approach and strong attention to detail when working with data
You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Fluency in Danish is required
To succeed, you must be proactive, self-driven, and have a strong commercial mindset. You are skilled in HubSpot and thrive in a hands-on role where you take ownership and continuously improve workflows, processes, and data quality.
